We booked this hotel for an amazing price (93 euros for a 2 night stay: Friday through Sunday) and the first impression was quite positive, although the room we got only had a small ceiling window (which was unreachable). The bed was good, we had plenty of pillows and a huge blanket. Great tv set in the room and fairly good free wireless internet.
Trying to get a good sleep was a challenge as the walls between the rooms were very thin (you could say non-existent). We could hear what our neighbors were talking about, the small hallway made them bump into our door a few times and the water running through the pipes made an incredibly loud noise. We also fond some small bugs in the bathroom.

Loved our stay in this place. It was in a marvellous location with a large landscaped park nearby. Was set in 10 minutes' walk to the downtown, and the workers were courteous and cooperative.
The staff we met were a bit rude.

Nice bed
Ultra tiny tiny wee small room. You could not even turn around in it. Could not walk all the way around the bed. Bathroom is smaller than a phone booth for toilet tub everything.

Driving from Yorkshire was very easy - almost into central London on the M11 and then only half a mile (and an easy half mile) to hotel carpark. Then only a fiveminute walk down Ilford High Street to railway station (GBP4 to central London) or to number 25 Bus for Oxford Circus (over 60s UK bus pass makes that free) or stroll twenty minutes northwards through lovely Valentine Park to the Gant's Hill Tube Station - which is cheap way into London. (We bought Oyster Cards in nearest newsagent and that HALVES the cost of tube travel!). The car park was big enough for our Sprinter camper van. Hotel compleely non-smoking and not noisy and very very clean and smartly furnished. We marked it down as a really handy location for getting into London. The junior suite room was just big enough and the sink / microwave a real bonus.
Hair drier cord was a bit short to reach a mirror. The air conditioning seemed to take ages to warm room up to chosen temperature. Our stay was too short! Only drawback is that our ancient camper van now attracts a £100 per day Low Emissions Zone charge just to get from M11 into the Arinza carpark. In future we will have to take car. This drawback will not affect very many folk.

Cleanliness only.
It is not four stars hotel at all as it say on Booked.net site. Room is too tiny (no space arround bad at all). We didn't have glass, we didn't have table for two (there was table for one only). There is no fridge at all. It isn't 20 minutes from center of London like it says on Booked.net. It is more likely 45 min's. Neighborhood wasn't seems to safety after 22 o'clock. It is too expensive for this hotel's quality. Me and my wife feels fooled, pay too much for too little quality and too far away from center.

New hotel, clean rooms, personal very kindly. Fair price.
It is not a 4* hotel! Very small rooms, breakfast poor.

The hotel had a lovely, recently refurbished charm. A good surprise was the convenience of having breakfast served in the room, allowing me to enjoy it at my leisure.
More comfortable seating in common areas would help.

The location and cleanliness of the hotel.
The room I occupied had a very small shower room.

We stayed in Arinza hotel for 3 days and it was clean and comfortable, staff was friendly.
However, I did not like a location of the hotel, because it was quite far from the Central London, even if a National Rail Station in 5 minutes walk from there.

We loved Arinza hotel! We chose this hotel because it was budget friendly and had a suite room with a microwave oven and a fridge. When we first entered the room (almost an hour too early, which was no problem) our jaws dropped. The room was spacious, really clean, modern and stylish. The bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept on. Got extra pillows when asked. Stall shower was with great water pressure and was comfortably big even for a bigger person and ours had a blurred window which you could open and listen to the birds singing while in your morning shower! Cleaning every day, clean towels provided also. Windows had nice roll down curtains to make the room dark if you wanted to. We did not hear anything from other rooms. Staff very helpful. Airconditioning ok and quiet. We also liked the area the hotel is on. It had many restaurants near and also a very nice Exchange shopping center! At night it was more quiet than the hotels in central London. We preferred going to London by tube so we took a under 5min bus ride to Gants Hill and went from there. It was easy getting around. Hotel is on zone 4. We would definitely stay in Arinza Hotel again.
I'm not sure if the hotel is really prepared for emergencies. We had a small incident including a spider, door frame and a very unlucky toe. They did not have any kind of ice pack, but luckily a member of the staff had left a water bottle in the freezer which we could have. Wifi was otherwise okay, but the connection would drop for a second every 5-10mins. The breakfast very light and quite pricey so we had a traditional breakfast in a nearby pub/restaurant for £3 or had our own bread and such.
